So, first I talked to a recruiter, then I had a conversation with the hiring manager. After that, the recruiter never got back to me to let me know if I got the job or not, which I thought was pretty unprofessional.

The interview process lasted over a month. After a phone screening and two virtual, one-on-one interviews, the team chose to go a different direction. I reached out for feedback and 0/3 interviewers responded.

I was really excited to interview for this role. The whole thing felt like 'hurry up and wait.' Since I'm currently working, it was tough to schedule interviews with only a few days' notice, even though it felt urgent and exciting. After every interview, I wouldn't hear back for at least a week until I followed up. By the second interview, I felt like my time and current employment status weren't being respected. I liked talking to everyone I met, but honestly, I'm let down by how it all went down.

I just interviewed with Madison from Duckhorn and it was one of the best interviews I've had. They asked the normal interview questions but also included more questions about yourself as a person. Not many companies do that anymore and I found it very personable and approachable.
