The interview was a multi-stage and thorough process. I spoke with several different people from various departments on the team. They wanted to see if I was a good fit and to assess my general knowledge. The interview was conversational and friendly, but they also delved into my relevant skills.

I applied online through the website's Internships page. A day or so later, I got an email saying they liked my resumé and invited me for an interview. After the interview, they asked for writing samples, which I sent the next day. I got an offer within a week.

It was a pretty standard interview. I spoke with managers first, and then the COO, which wasn't too tough. They asked about my past experience and some behavioral stuff. They made an offer pretty fast, and the whole thing was over quickly.
