It was pretty simple, they first gave me a call, and then I went in person to meet with the manager. It was just questions about my experience and background, and also about my availability and if I'm okay with working at different locations if needed.

I interviewed for 2 positions. For office manager, they offered me a position on the spot, but the salary was very low for the industry, especially considering they want you to work occasional weekends on top of the standard M-F 9-5. I had mentioned on the phone screening that I was looking for 90k, but they wasted my time with an in-person interview only to offer 60k. I then discussed another position, Business Development Project Manager. They immediately said it was a great fit. After 2 weeks of silence, I sent emails, and then they stated my qualifications didn't match the job, which contradicted their earlier statement in the interview that I was overqualified. Multiple emails to the direct interviewer were ignored. When I followed up about the original Office Manager offer, they ignored that too. This place seems unserious about hiring, as the interviewer admitted they constantly interview for recruitment purposes and advertise roles they don't intend to fill.

Got a call for a screening, and then they brought me in to interview at the office later that same week. It was a really simple interview, and it was cool that I got to check out the office I might be working in. They move pretty fast with hiring.
