It was a thorough process, with a full panel interview involving both senior leadership and peer-level team members. It was good because it showed they were serious about finding the right fit, not just hiring anyone.

I had two phone screen interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, and I think it went well. She then asked if I wanted to set up a call with the person currently in the role, so I spoke with both of them. The communication wasn't great, but I felt both calls went okay. The second call was more about me trying to understand what the job would actually involve – it felt less like an interview and more like just a chat to get information. I sent three follow-up emails to the hiring manager and the current employee, but I never heard back from either. I'd already read company reviews beforehand and they were pretty bad, so it makes sense now. This whole thing was super unprofessional and I'm really let down by how this company handled communication.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved being asked several questions about how I troubleshooted specific scenarios and I was asked for specific examples. I was also asked about errors I had made in my clinical practice and how I fixed them. The interview involved the manager and HR rep. It was moderately challenging but most staff RN position interviews tend to ask the same things...
