Account Manager
I had an in-person interview with a panel of 3 people: the manager I would be reporting to and two potential coworkers. It lasted about 45-60 minutes and included standard HR questions, some situational questions, and questions about my resume since my work history isn't directly relevant. I sent a thank-you email the next day and heard back about a week later with an offer. HR gave me a week to respond, and I countered the day after the offer. After not hearing back about the counter for a week, I sent a follow-up email. 36 hours later, they replied saying they'd call with an update. After some phone tag, I finally got the news that they couldn't adjust the salary. So, I declined the offer, but they want to consider me for future roles that fit my salary needs.

Recruitment Specialist
After sending a follow-up email to HR regarding my resume, I was contacted for a first interview. At the conclusion of this interview, I was scheduled for a second interview a few days later. The second interview involved skills assessments in data-entry, Word, Excel, and math, followed by a one-on-one with the supervisor. Following the one-on-one, I was informed that decisions would be made without a specific timeline. About a week later, I received an email to complete a personality test. A few days after that, I got a call offering me the position, where we negotiated salary and start date.
