Store Manager
Had a phone interview that was a quick look at my past experience and my personality. Then I went in person to discuss the business more and also how commission worked.
- How would you handle resolving conflicts?
Human Resources Manager
I applied online and then got an email to schedule a phone interview, which was supposed to be 30 minutes. The recruiter on the phone seemed pretty checked out, like they weren't even listening to me. For example, they asked me about something I'd already talked about and explained I had experience with earlier in the call. They never got back to me after that, but honestly, it's probably for the best given how bad the interview was.
- Could you tell me about your background and previous experience?
Manager
Standard questions and great personality. Nothing too hard to answer. They were precise in explaining everything to me, gave me details of the company and standards. Detailed pay standards and what to expect.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Sales Representative
The interview process was long and some of the questions were difficult to answer. I did not get an offer in the end, which is sad.
- Can you tell me about your biggest career mistake?
