Receptionist
The process moved slowly but was handled very professionally. The timeline was influenced by the resolution of other jobs at a management level. I never felt it was about my suitability, and I was always welcome to ask questions.
- They asked very specific and concrete questions about scheduling.
Tennis Coordinator
It's a long interview process, spanning 2 days. You'll have formal interviews with management, the GM HR, and advisory committees. You'll also teach about 4 hours of clinics and lessons. It's a pretty stressful process because it's non-stop for 2 days, meeting a lot of people. Everyone is super nice and friendly, which helps you feel comfortable, but remember they're interviewing you, so they're evaluating everything you say and do.
- Can you explain why this role is a good fit for you and why you're a good fit for us?
- Could you share some situational examples?
Shop Assistant
So first there was a phone call, about thirty mins and pretty simple. Then I went in for a physical interview where they asked me some scenario questions and talked more about what the job really entailed. Both people I met were nice and the whole thing took about two weeks.
- Can you go over your resume with me?
- What experience do you have?
- What are your available shifts?
Server
I sent in my application online and didn't hear back for about a month, so I decided to call them to check on it. They scheduled me for an interview the very next day. The interview itself was pretty laid-back. It started with a 20-30 minute behavioral chat, and then I met the manager and they showed me around the place. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a challenge and how you managed to get past it?
