The interview process was good and interesting. Everyone was nice and professional. They ask questions to get to know you and your work ethic. I really liked the process because it was personable.
- What makes you want to work here
Creative Director
The interview process included 5 short essays designed to assess your personality, sense of humor, and technical skills applicable to the department. One essay question explored the importance of charity to you, and another involved analyzing an advertisement.
- Can you list 5 works of art that you admire?

Expect some weird, personality-focused questions. It's meant to be a good time, and they want to get a sense of who you are as a person, plus learn about your previous jobs.
- If you were an animal, which one would you be?
- Who is a celebrity you have a crush on?

Started with a written application for the Upper UM to get a better sense of the applicant. These questions were designed for candidates to show their sense of humor and share their thoughts on the Georgetown community because The Corp really values community outreach. The second round involved an interview with the specific service's upper management. It's a very relaxed and fun atmosphere.
- What is your understanding of the phrase "students serving students"?
