Got an email to call them, which turned out to be a phone interview. A younger person did the call and said "okay cool" a lot. They asked questions using the STAR method and mentioned they'd schedule more interviews in a few weeks. I didn't get another call, but they did email to say they chose other candidates to interview. At least they told me.

Behavioral Technical

It was a short, typical interview process that lasted only about half an hour. There were two managers, the HR COORDINATOR, and myself present. They asked job-specific questions, besides the usual "where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?". The interviewers were nice. We talked about what the job would entail if I got it and they asked if I would be able / willing to do home visits in Baltimore City.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a panel interview with several team members, which I thought was great because it let different people in the org share their views. The panel made me feel pretty comfortable and asked some really good questions.

Behavioral Group

I had a panel interview where they asked a bunch of standard questions. They seemed really into hiring me and we were on the same page, but then they just ghosted me which was super rude.
