The interview process could have been better for both parties. I say that because too many of the usual questions were asked. My responses might have been different if I was looking to move on to other sites. I'm just trying to get employed.

The hiring process is quite straightforward. You need to apply in person, as online applications aren't considered. This is essential because the company receives a large volume of applications each month. The process includes a Word and Excel test, a personality assessment, and a drug test.

First, I went to the office and filled out forms. These forms asked for my demographic, job history, and education information, and also for 3 professional references. Then, I had an interview with the recruiter. After that, I was asked to do some tests prepared by IBM. These tests were for typing speed, MS excel, and knowledge of accounting software, in my case Quickbooks. They also included a test on how I would prioritize tasks in my ideal job.
