Recruiter
It can be a bit long and feel repetitive sometimes, but it's a solid way to make sure we're picking the right people. The candidates seem to really get into it and are super interested by the end, excited to hear back about an offer.
- Imagine a scenario where financial concerns are non-existent; what career path would you pursue?
Recruiting Coordinator
I had a quick first chat with a recruiter. Then, I did a phone interview that felt more like a personality check. Later that same day, I was invited for an in-person interview with a partner and a recruiting manager. Following that, within two days, I had two more in-person interviews with another partner, the recruiting manager, and a recruiter. They said it would take a few days to hear back after that. I reached out two weeks later and then waited another week for a response, so three weeks in total. The lack of communication at the end was pretty bad, especially for recruiting roles; it felt unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Were you asked about your family and children?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
It was a unique and pleasant interview process. I started with a recruiter call, then had some phone interviews, and finally in person interviews. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. The coolest part was the "Day in the Field" at the end. I got to spend time at the central office with someone doing the job I applied for. It was a hands-on experience to see if I could really do it and if it was a career I wanted. I loved it! The company makes sure you're a good fit and offers a really different experience. It's awesome to be around passionate and driven people!
- What are your motivators and what are your long-term career aspirations?
