They stick to a script with every person you interview with, asking old questions. It's really strange and a waste of time. You'll meet 4-5 people and they all ask the same thing. Also, they mention you're expected to work overtime weekly like it's something to brag about.

This was a long and thorough interview process with multiple phone calls and in-person meetings. They even had me work for a few hours to gauge my fit. I was considering declining an offer due to high turnover for EA positions supporting the CEO and the commute. It seemed like the CEO needed more of a secretary to draft emails based on his dictation, which I found to be a boring task for an EA. The office itself was nice, and they had dogs, which was a plus. While the CEO wasn't the right fit for me, I'm sure they'll find a suitable candidate. Best of luck to everyone else.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we had a quick chat about the job. They went over the responsibilities and hours. After that, I had another phone interview for about 35 minutes. It was more about short answers and examples, not a typical interview. I'm waiting to hear back about an in-person interview.
