It was a very thorough process and had several steps, but it flowed very smooth. There was great communication with the recruiting department through the whole process. The Connor Group doesn't just choose someone because they have an opening, they choose the right fit for The Connor Group, no matter how long the search for the right person takes to find.

They asked weird and inappropriate personal questions disguised as looking for the 'right fit,' giving off a 'work hard, play hard' vibe. They mentioned the hours are 8-6 with Saturday work for a corporate role, which I found unacceptable. The next steps were another interview and a full day shadowing in the field. I made it clear I wasn't interested. The recruiter emailed to follow up, but then ghosted when I agreed to talk. You can tell the employees are all given the same talking points about how great the place is.

The interview process included some initial confusion and inaccuracies regarding scheduling, which were eventually resolved. It felt at times like they were just going through the motions, but overall, I received good information about the company, which seems like an exciting place to work.
