I went through a 5 stage interview process. It started with a group interview, then I had a 1:1 with the Director of Admissions and the President, followed by two phone interviews, and finished with an in-person interview. It seemed like I was going to get an offer. Then, on a Friday afternoon, they emailed asking for references, but they never actually contacted them. I waited until Tuesday and then called to leave a message for the Director of Admissions to follow up, but my call wasn't returned. The next day, I emailed her, and I still haven't heard back. It felt like a waste of my time and money with all the interviews, and it was unprofessional to not at least let me know, especially after everything. Good luck to others; I've read that there's also very high turnover.

The interview process was quite long, involving four distinct stages. It started with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by an in-person meeting with the team manager. The third stage was an interview with the department of admissions manager. The final stage included shadowing an employee for two hours. I was expecting an offer from the team manager after the shadowing, but she mentioned they were still interviewing other candidates and would provide an update. I eventually had to reach out to the team manager for an update via email, but unfortunately, I was not offered the job after all these steps.
