Front Desk Receptionist
First you meet with HR, and if they think you're a good fit, you move on to meet with your potential manager. If that goes well, you'll get a tour. The whole thing took about an hour.
- What makes you a strong candidate for this role?
Service Manager
I had to email my resume directly to the hiring manager because the HR Department was useless. I received an email 15 minutes later asking me to interview. I interviewed with the Service Manager, who also brought in several other service employees to get their take. The interview was pleasant, and I was asked basic questions about my work as a Service Writer. I was offered the job, pending HR approval, at the end of the interview. The Service Manager strung me along with an email 1-2 times a week for 4 weeks, but eventually they went with another candidate. It was a waste of time.
- Can you describe a situation where you dealt with an angry customer and how you resolved it?
Valet
Horrible interview process. I interviewed with two different people and they were very rude and stuck up. Asking questions that I already had answered and questions that the answers were in my resume, which clearly they did not bother to read. I was over qualified for the position and met who would've been my boss which was some kid that could barely speak English. If you're a robot worker, that doesn't think for yourself and doesn't mind being treated as such then go ahead and apply to them but if you're a HUMAN BEING stay away!
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Human Resources
I had a phone pre-screen, then two in-person interviews. The HR Director was really professional and seemed to know what they were looking for. They explained the job responsibilities really well and took time to check out my experience and skills. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
- Can you explain how your previous work experience connects to the responsibilities of this role?
