It was a 2 step interview process and they took forever to follow up for the second interview. But overall the interviews were just conversations. I talked to 5 individuals on the second interview and they basically asked the same questions from the first interview with HR.

I had a phone interview. The Senior HR specialist projected her own judgement of me leaving my first full-time job since graduation to look for another job that might be a better fit, and temping while in the process. It was like a personal offense to her somehow and she couldn't fathom my life choices. How about maybe ask about my skill sets that match the job in question?

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with my prospective manager. Then, I had in-person interviews with three people at the office, and also met two people virtually via video conference from their North Carolina location. I also briefly met with the HR representative before and after my in-person meetings.
