City Bank PLC does random CV checks for jobs and then calls people in. Usually, there's an MCQ test first, which they check right away. Then, an interview happens soon after. But if they don't like you, they won't tell you anything. It's kinda basic to respect people's time, you know? Not hearing back makes people confused and feel like they weren't important. If they just communicated better and kept people updated, it would be a much better experience and make the bank look more professional.
