So, I interviewed for an account manager job at this big insurance company. It kicked off with a quick recruiter call where we talked about my background and why I wanted the job. After that, I had a longer video chat with the hiring manager, and they really dug into my account management experience and insurance knowledge. Then, I went to their office for several in-person interviews with the team and a senior exec. This part included a mock client presentation and some tough account scenario problems. Oh, and I also did an online test for skills and personality. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. It felt pretty thorough and fair, and gave me a good feel for the company and the role.

Behavioral Presentation

Interview went very well! First interviewed with a guy that was very nice and asked to come back for another interview. The second interview was with two ladies that explained in detail the job description. The two ladies asked more and harder questions. I would say be prepared and do lots of research on the company! They are really big on management and how quickly interns are willing to adapt to the workload.

Got an email about a month after applying online through my school's database. They set up a phone interview and after that had me come in to their Bloomfield headquarters. I was interviewed by three people. The questions were almost all behavioral ones, with a couple of logical questions.
