The interview process was super easy and felt really welcoming. I had a phone screen and then a virtual interview that got set up pretty fast. I got an offer right after they checked my references!

Applied online and got an email for a phone interview. Had a forty minute phone interview. Then was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview and took a vacation day for it. The interview was thirty minutes long. The manager was only interested in formal education and certifications and shared their own certifications and stressed the importance of formal training. My extensive personal technical knowledge and experience were not considered for the position. Never heard back, which was very unprofessional.

Behavioral

The interview process involved a lot of behavioral questions that required more detailed responses. It felt intense but was manageable. I'd read reviews about a negative work environment and culture, and speaking with the recruiter and leadership confirmed these issues were real. I was told they wanted to "move quickly," but then they ghosted me completely, never following up with any news, good or bad. This lack of closure made me feel the negative reviews were accurate.

The interview process was very fair. They asked great questions that made me think outside the box and about my profession. It was a fair mixture of personal and professional questions. It was conducted via Zoom, so an in-person experience was not able to occur.
