After an initial phone interview, the company required two more interviews, which were spaced a week apart. I think they did this to filter out people who weren't a good fit. Overall, the interview process wasn't too bad or difficult. It mostly involved typical questions you'd expect for a role working with children and mental health.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was great! I felt comfortable and the executive members that interviewed me appeared to be very genuine. I do believe that they care about the well being and development of their employees. It may not be the most popular company in regards to individuals being well educated on how much they do to serve children and young adults, but it is an excellent organization. I met the CEO and he has an awesome plan for ensuring that those that work for his company have resources available to them to help promote growth.

I had a phone interview where they told me about the job and asked common interview questions. Then, I had an in-person interview that seemed to go well, and they told me they liked me. They said I'd hear back either way because they had more interviews to do. I never heard back, even after I followed up with an email. It would have been nice to get a response, just as a professional courtesy.

Went through a standard initial interview, then visited the facility. After that, there was a second interview for a different role that was more hands-on. I also got to observe a class. The interviewers were really nice. The interviews weren't too long but they were detailed. Touring the facility and watching a class was a good part of the experience.
