The interview process was formal and conducted online over the phone. They asked about my college experience, specifically my course load and any certifications I planned to get. They also inquired about my understanding of employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, or Title VII.

Therapist
First up is a phone chat about your availability and more job details. Then, we'll have a full Zoom chat to get to know your skills and fit better.

HR Manager
I sent in my resume and then had two interviews. They ended up offering me the job. It was a bit chaotic at the office when I first got there, but we managed to hire some really great people. Now, the HR team is truly the best I've ever been a part of. We're all working together to be super customer-focused and build a really strong department to back up the agency.
- What are your potential contributions to the Children's Guild?
Therapeutic Aide
I met with the principal and vice principal for about 5-6 interview questions, and then they gave me a tour of the school. The next day, they gave me a conditional offer that required me to pass a drug test and a background screening.
