First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Chicago Lighthouse.
Supervisor
The interview process was pretty straightforward and informative, with friendly staff. They work for a non-profit agency that helps disabled, blind, and veteran communities. The initial phone interview went well and communication was fast after applying.

Patient Access Representative
The interview process was over the phone initially. I was told there would be two interviews total. After the first phone interview, I thought I had a second phone interview, but then they said I needed to do an in-person interview. After the phone interviews were done, they told me there was no availability for the in-person one.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to manage a challenging patient?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and then got a call. After that, I went in for an interview. They called me to ask some simple questions about my financial situation since they give paid training. Then they called me back and set a date to come in. I filled out paperwork and did a physical and drug test.
- What do you know about the Chicago Lighthouse?
UI Health
I applied online and got a call back within a week. The interview was the very next day after my call. Angela, who interviewed me, was really nice. I was tested and I passed. They did rush me during the interview, but I'm pretty good at working under pressure.
