The whole thing took about 4 days and was pretty fast. I got a response about 24 hours after applying. They asked if I was okay with the employment terms and if I could send over my government ID to verify who I was. Seemed a bit strange to ask for that before even interviewing, but I went along with it. Then, I had to do a typing test and send in my score. After that, they invited me to an interview. It was done through live chat, no video or phone calls. It was pretty unique, mostly to see how fast and accurate my typing was. They asked the usual stuff about my past jobs, what I knew about the company, and some typical personality questions you get in interviews. It was supposed to be an hour, but we finished up in about 42 minutes. I think I did okay, though I did make a few typing mistakes and admitted I was nervous. One of my answers made them double-check if I knew the role was focused on sales support, which I did. Apparently, my answer leaned more towards customer support than sales. One question really stuck out: they asked if I was a caregiver and if that would impact my work availability. I answered, but honestly, that question feels illegal, at least in the US. It feels wrong for employers to penalize people for being parents or caregivers. They should've asked it differently or not at all. I got a standard rejection email about 24 hours after the interview, saying I could reapply in 90 days. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time. I was overqualified, and I felt I interviewed well. For the low pay, their standards seem really high. Makes you wonder if they're just collecting data and don't plan to hire anyone.

I applied a long time ago and missed my first interview because my father-in-law passed away unexpectedly. I reapplied and had my first interview yesterday. The interviewer asked questions that were copy-pasted, and I had to respond to long paragraphs very quickly. I was supposed to have a second interview after passing an assessment with 100% accuracy, using a provided knowledge base. I finished the assessment, thinking it was easy, but got an email almost immediately saying I didn't get 100% and my second interview was canceled. I could reapply in 90 days. I asked why I didn't get 100% but never got a reply.

So the interview process seemed pretty straightforward. We exchanged emails, and they offered me an interview slot. I picked a time and made sure to be online on their website five minutes early. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was in a chat window with someone, and some of the questions caught me off guard. I'm not sure if I paused for too long or what, but I was a bit taken aback for a moment. In the end, they must not have liked my answers or maybe my response times, because I got an email saying they were moving forward with other candidates. Oh well, like others have mentioned, the pay is really low considering how many steps are involved in the interview process.

I applied online, and it took maybe a month, give or take, to heart back. First scheduled was a chat interview, on which I was to role-play and sell a service to a the interviewer. Second, about a week or two later, was a phone interview, just to check in on how I felt about the process and the specifics of the position. A day or so after that, I was offered the position. I spoke with the same interviewer for both portions, and the process was very low-stress and casual.
