Got a call and they set up an initial chat. Then I had this working interview where I went to the house I was applying to manage and spent several hours there. After that, there was a follow up interview.

It was pretty easy. I applied online and then HR called me for a phone screening. After that, a supervisor reached out to set up an in-person interview. They had me shadow a room and interact with clients and staff.
