Analyst
Good interview because they know exactly what they are looking for in candidates. Very focused on the profile the client needs. Easy interview, no very technical questions. Good experience throughout the process.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Quality Assurance Engineer
The hiring process was peculiar. They asked me to sign an offer and submit my personal details and work references even before the client interview was finalized, which struck me as very unusual.
- Could you describe your experience with Agile methodologies?
- What are your soft skills?
- Tell me about your previous experience in Quality Assurance.
Intern
The interview process was super clear and welcoming, which really helped me do my best. It had two stages. Normally, the first stage is about checking your personality fit, how quick you think, and your people skills. But for me, it turned out to be a group interview, which I wasn't expecting, but it was part of how they evaluated candidates. The second interview was more hands-on with the technical stuff for the role.
- Tell me about a situation where you faced a challenge with a client while trying to deliver a solution, perhaps even failing. How did you recover from that, or if it was successful, how did you ensure it didn't happen again with other clients?
Sales Support Specialist
The interview process was straightforward and informative. I got to talk with several people from the company before any decisions were made, and they were very decent and respectful towards me. The company reached out to me twice with another offer, which further convinced me to consider joining such a great company.
- What's the reason for your departure from your previous employment?
