Behavioral Technical Presentation

I saw the job post on thelocal.se and opened a PDF with job details. It didn't state the job title, just had minimal details and applicant requests. At the end, there was a phone number with two contact persons (no titles). To apply, I had to call. The guy who answered took my details and said they'd call me after their meeting. They didn't. The next day, I called again. Same guy answered, apologized, said they were in another meeting and would call when done. Later, someone called me (not from the document contacts). He did a phone interview (without seeing my CV). He said they'd send me a test in an hour and call to review it. I offered to send my CV, which I did. He sent the test, called me, and we went through it. He said they'd call the next day about the face-to-face interview. 30 mins later, he called back saying I was accepted and should come the next day at 9 AM for the face-to-face interview. I went and waited in reception until about 9:45 AM until they were ready. The place felt friendly; people passing by asked if I wanted a drink. In the interview, I met the two contacts from the document. We went through the interview, they asked me MANY questions, and didn't answer any of my questions about the job. I found out the job title was actually "Media and Communication", not "Business Development". Whenever I asked a simple question about the job, they told me I needed to answer all their questions first without even knowing my job description! After that, they gave me another test. Then they came back and finally told me my job description. They said they'd call me back the same day about starting the next business day. But they didn't call.

If you get invited to one interview round, it's probably a full assessment. The interviewer might ask about your background, skills, and experience relevant to the role. Just be confident and stay calm. Being ready and positive helps you shine. Make sure you've done your homework on the company and the job. This shows you know and are excited about it. They might ask general questions to see how you think on your feet. Listen carefully and take a sec to think before answering.
