I had a 30 minute phone screening, then an interview. The screening was scheduled pretty fast after I applied, but the interview took a couple weeks. They ghosted me after the interview. They said they'd like me to send in my references to complete the onboarding process, and I was pretty sure I got the job, but I didn't hear back. It's like, why ask me to submit my references and waste their time if you aren't going to hire me?

The interviewers seemed really nice and enthusiastic about what they do. It started with a zoom call and then I went in person for a second interview. They asked pretty standard questions. I ended up taking a different job because they offered more money.
