It was challenging- but they had us actually do the job in a test format, and it helped them pick through the candidates. It was with internal applicants only, and this was the second round.

No appointment needed, walk-ins accepted. I arrived and was given an application to complete. Following that, I completed a personality assessment and a skills evaluation to determine my qualifications. After successfully passing both, I had interviews with HR and a floor manager. Subsequently, I participated in a role-play exercise to gauge my comfort level with phone interactions. I then departed and received a job offer while still en route home, with a start date set for the following Monday.

Applied on LinkedIn which led me to the company website. About a week later, HR reached out via email to schedule a pre-screening call. Following that, I had two more interviews with the hiring manager. The overall experience was great, and it felt like a perfect fit for my skills and what they were looking for. I accepted the offer, and the onboarding was super smooth.
