The interview process was quick and straightforward, taking about a week to complete. It consisted of two formal interviews, one with the president Krystoff and another with his co-worker. It seemed like a great fit at first, with opportunities to develop professionally, but I wasn't too crazy about the full-commission framework. Overall, I recommend them for anyone interested in a sales role with an energetic team.

The process kicked off with a call from the recruiter, who was super responsive and professional. Then, I went into the office for a quick interview with the manager. They were really friendly and did a good job showcasing the company, but 20 minutes wasn't much time to ask my own questions, especially after the commute. The best part was a full day of shadowing afterwards. It was so valuable to see firsthand what it's like to be a successful sales exec. Honestly, this hands-on approach is way better than just reading a job description. The team was really welcoming, even inviting me to a social event. I'd totally recommend interviewing here.

I applied for this entry-level clerical trainee position on ZipRecruiter because I don't have any work experience and thought it might help me get some coaching. During the interview, I felt the interviewer understood the role and encouraged me to apply. However, after the interview, I checked their website and saw the only open position was Account Manager. I didn't think the interview went well because I was really nervous, and it was my third interview. I was upset about the rejection and felt they didn't do their job properly. I'm not trying to leave a bad review, but if they wanted to help me, they could have offered another interview to get me into a trainee position and provide coaching.

I had two interviews in total before receiving an offer, and both were conducted remotely. The first interview was with the president, and the second one had another team member join in.
