First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Camp Transformation Center.
Trainer
First you have a phone interview, then an in-person interview. After that, there's a paid training. If you pass the training, you get hired.
- What motivated you to become a trainer?
Office Manager
The interview process was well-organized and clearly explained the job duties and expectations. It involved three meetings: the first was a Zoom call, and the subsequent two were held in person.
- What are your career goals for the next two years?
- What would you do if you had reliable transportation?
Front Desk
It was pretty easy, but they really wanted to know why I was interested in joining the camp staff. I had to talk about what motivates me when it comes to fitness and what I've actually done to reach my fitness goals. Plus, they asked if I had ever been a member at any of their locations, because apparently that gives you extra points since you'd already get the mission and vision.
- What does fitness mean to you?
Front Desk Receptionist
The interviewers were great and easy to talk to. They asked about my hours and availability. They also checked my personality and other traits. I was invited to a class to learn more about the brand. I'd go through it again.
- What hours are you available?
