Case Worker
Got an instant response after applying. The interview was set up quickly. The interviewer was really nice and easy to work with. They offered several choices for when to do it. I haven't had the interview yet, but it's scheduled and I'm optimistic.

Assessor
The interview was organized and a lot of key questions I had were answered before I had to ask. Process was easy to navigate. Everyone I spoke with was professional yet personable.
- How do you think you would handle the workload?
Youth Leader
I sent in my application online and was contacted by HR. They set up an interview for me with the HR lady, and we talked for about an hour about the role and the company. Then, I spoke with the program director for an hour to learn more about the Ranch. After that, I had a meeting that lasted nearly an hour with a house coordinator to go over the specifics of working in the houses. I got a call a day or two later saying I got the job, and I started the following week.
- How would you deal with bodily fluids?
Foster Care Specialist
The interview was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I felt a good connection with the supervisor, which made me feel like I belonged. This helped me talk openly and feel confident about fitting in.
- Can you tell me how you would incorporate DEI into your work experience?
