TA reached out about two weeks after I applied. I did a phone screen first and then talked to the hiring manager, who is the Creative Director. Then I had two more rounds with members of the creative team. TA kept me in the loop. The final round involved talking to two more creative team folks, and I got an offer that same week.

I applied for the job and was contacted via WhatsApp to schedule a chat. I had the meeting, where I also had to answer questions in English, but they never got back to me. I contacted the recruiter later who told me she had left the company and gave me the contact of the hiring manager for the role (which was still open). I contacted her via LinkedIn, she saw the message, but never replied. Total waste of time :(

It took a bit over a month and I talked to 10 different people. It was long, but it was good to meet so many of the team and really get a feel for what the job would be like. The recruiter was awesome and kept me in the loop the whole time, always excited and upfront about everything.

A entrevista foi muito agradável, a entrevistadora cobriu todos os pontos da vaga e foi super prestativa em responder minhas dúvidas. Me senti bem à vontade durante nossa conversa.
