First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Bristal Assisted Living.
Front Desk Receptionist
It was an easy interview process, particularly if you highlight your attention to detail and your ability to stay calm under pressure. You might be interviewed by someone you don't interact with much, but it's a good chance to get to know the management team.
- Can you describe how you handle stressful situations?
Aid
It was easy, with some questions about social skills with elderly people. They asked about my last jobs, professional references, skills, and how quickly I learn. They also talked about trainings. The process was good and comfortable.
- Have you worked with elderly individuals before?
Dining Room Manager
The recruiter was super nice and upbeat. They gave me the scoop on the job and answered everything I asked. The interview itself though, wasn't great. The person interviewing me was not friendly or professional at all.
- Tell me about your experience level.
Server
It was quick and to the point; just come prepared and look decent. They asked a few background questions, nothing major. And also, can you have the residents' attitude? I have nothing left to say...
- How was your day?
