Analyst
The interview process went well and was fast. Everyone on the team was nice and acted professionally, which helped me feel relaxed. They communicated clearly, and everything moved along quickly, which I liked a lot. It was a good experience in the end.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
Developer
Got an interview invite really quickly after applying. Scheduled it. Had a one-hour chat that ended with them asking for a sample of my work, which was weird because it wasn't a creative job but they wanted creative work. Then they asked if I wanted to proceed to the next round. They needed someone ASAP. I followed up via email with my sample and confirmed my interest. Then got ghosted. No response at all, not even a rejection message. This was from the hiring manager, not HR. It really shows how they treat people...
- Tell me about your experience with grant writing.
Registered Nurse
A 3rd party recruiter first screened me. Then, I had a virtual interview with one of the top managers. After that, I interviewed with the immediate manager, and two other people were on the Zoom call too.
- Tell me about your interest in working with this population and your past experience with this type of patient.
- Why are you interested in working with this population and what is your past experience with this type of patient?
Case Manager
After attending a career fair hosted by the organization, candidates can participate in a walk-in interview where they will complete some reference information. Following this, a brief interview will assess your suitability for a case manager role, specifically working with individuals facing substance abuse challenges.
- Can you tell me what you understand about case management?
