Behavioral

I applied online and was invited for a video interview with an HR person. I felt the interview went okay, but the interviewer seemed uninterested, not making eye contact, drinking coke, and yawning. I figured she might be tired. Despite this, I never heard back. I followed up three times, directly and via the HR email, but got no response. It was disappointing as I really liked the company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The first round was an on-campus interview focusing on behavioral questions. They asked about my interest in economic consulting and Brattle, as well as my past work experiences. The second round was on-site where I met with five employees from different positions. I was asked to explain my quantitative work in detail. There was a 1-hour interview that I found challenging, involving interpreting many diagrams and graphs. For many questions, I wasn't sure what they were looking for. Overall, they were very timely and organized.
