I applied through the university back in the fall, and the first round of interviews was in January. The first round included one 30-minute interview with two research analysts on campus, and then a separate 30-minute video chat interview with an HR representative. They only asked behavioral questions.

Behavioral Technical Case
The interview process involves two interviews. The first interview is 25 minutes long and focuses on personal and professional aspects. They want to know about your background, skills, motivations, and cultural fit, so highlight your achievements, past experiences, and how you've overcome challenges. The second interview is longer, 1 hour, and is technical. It covers econometric analysis, economic models, and practical case studies. This part assesses your knowledge of econometric techniques for data analysis, your understanding and application of economic models, and your problem-solving skills using case studies. They might give you hypothetical situations or specific problems to see how you'd apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios and handle analytical and economic challenges.
