Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Brattle Group.
Energy Analyst
I went through three rounds of interviews. The first was with two analysts, the second with two associates, and the final one was with a principal. The questions were mainly behavioral and experiential, focusing on economics and research projects. My interviewers were consistently friendly and fair.
- Can you describe your background in economics research?
Energy Analyst
We confirmed a time for the interview and they sent me a link, but then they ghosted me and never showed up to their own interview. Things get mixed up, but I thought it was pretty disappointing and unprofessional.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Energy Analyst
The interview process was great, consisting of two rounds. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer and wasn't given any explanation or feedback. It would have been helpful to know what didn't work out, especially since the process itself felt smooth.
- Can you share your previous experience relevant to this position?
