First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Bradford Group.
Manager
The interview process was super easy. It started with a phone call with a recruiter and then an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. It wasn't hard at all. Just a heads up, the Associate role starts at a fixed pay level with no room for negotiation.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Analyst
First, there was a phone interview with the recruiter where they asked standard questions about my salary expectations and motivations for applying. Then, I had an in-person interview to meet the team and my manager. After that, I had to take some proficiency tests, covering numeric and computer skills. Finally, there was a references check, employment history check, and background check before they extended the job offer.

- Tell me about your experience.
Corporate Recruiter
The process started with an agency interview, then I spoke with a recruiter, the HR manager, and then the recruiter again. This made for four interviews spread out over four weeks. The feedback throughout was really good, with lots of positive comments like "that's a great answer!". The interviews were quite thorough. They mentioned a lot how busy they are and that they really wanted to hire someone quickly, but getting information from them took ages. Ultimately, they said they loved me but I lacked experience with one specific function of a software they use (though I've used other parts of it), which is why they'd continue their search. This shows that as a company, they're not keen on investing in employee training.
- Tell me about a time you extended an offer and the candidate made a counteroffer.
Production Scheduler
The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a phone call and then moving to an in-person meeting. It wasn't overly challenging, but expect a lot of questions. Everyone I met was really nice throughout the whole thing. I thought I did okay in the interview, but they ended up going with someone else. Oh well, better luck next time!
- Tell me about your approach to production scheduling.
- Can you share an example of a time you dealt with competing production demands?
- What's your familiarity with production planning tools?
