I first emailed a cover letter. Then I got an email to schedule an interview. I scheduled it by email. When I arrived, they had me fill out an application in a room. Then, four people interviewed me one by one in that same room. They mainly asked me questions about my resume. I thought it went well, but I didn't get a second interview.
