Behavioral

It was super laid back and conversational. They mostly asked standard behavioral questions, nothing too technical for an accounting co-op role. Just the usual stuff like going over my resume, why I wanted to work there, and asking for examples of past experiences.

Behavioral Technical

I met with four people in an afternoon, but the interview started 30 minutes late and I ended up waiting 40 minutes total. There were also long breaks of about 20 minutes between each of the four short interviews, making the whole thing last almost 3 hours. Two of the interviewers were really introverted and it was hard to talk to them. The others were friendly and asked about my background and not so technical things about the job or my resume. I knew it wasn't a good personality fit, so I decided to move on.

Behavioral Technical

I met with three people: one staff, one senior, and one manager. The staff and senior were nice and asked about my background, and I asked them some questions about the company. The manager was kind of rude though. She asked me when I graduated from college, and when I told her, she muttered 'so old.' For context, I'm in my early thirties and went back to school for accounting after getting a degree in something else.

  • When did you graduate from college?
