The interview process was long and took a very long time. They also asked for personality tests. There were too many people in the group interviews which made the experience less valuable. Several interview rounds happened without any increasing difficulty, which felt pointless. The questions asked were related to their company culture.

It was a good interview, normal interview questions and situational experiences. Took around 1 hour the whole process. The interviewers were very nice people but it seems they are looking for a very entry level person.

I had a phone interview with everyone on the team I'd be working with, plus the coach - there were 6 people in total. I'm still waiting to find out if I'll have an in-person interview or get an offer. The team seemed really friendly and were as keen to tell me about the job and the company as they were to ask me questions. They asked me to explain certain technical processes and how I'd manage busy workdays, angry customers, juggling tasks, and fitting into the company culture.

The recruitment process was really easy, I didn't find any interviews challenging. They asked me to call a mobile number, and then on the second day, I had to prepare for something.
