Front Desk Receptionist
I interviewed with another front desk receptionist and the location manager at the site. We talked about my customer service background and what my goals are for this job. It was a nice experience overall.
- Do you have prior customer service experience?
Front Desk Associate
To get an interview, it's easiest if you're a current client. If you want a position for free classes, sign up for their new client special. They usually post job openings in the studio or on their Facebook page. After seeing a post, I asked at the front desk and they had me come in to talk to the owners a few days later.
- Can you describe the Bar Method to a newcomer?
Front Desk Associate
The interview process involved two stages: an initial phone call followed by an in-person meeting. It was a straightforward process focused on assessing prior customer-facing experience. The second, in-person interview mostly involved discussing the day-to-day responsibilities of the position.
- What are your expectations for the duties in this position?
Front Desk Agent
The interview process is minimal, essentially requiring a personal connection within the company due to a preference for hiring referred candidates. This role is ideal for individuals in acting, writing, or other fields seeking a flexible work arrangement.
- Are you flexible?
