It was a long process. The recruiter ghosted me at the end. If the candidate doesn't meet qualifications, they should be told that. There's no point in making someone wait so long to hear back.

The interview process was easy and had good technical questions. It covered infile, hash, import, macro, and export processes, as well as data null steps, automations, shell scripting, and UNIX commands. There were in-depth questions about the import process and mapping variables, along with questions on functions, call symput vs all symputx, and HR topics. Overall, it was a good and easy experience, and I received an offer in the end.

I had an initial phone screen, then a one-hour call with the Chief Audit Executive. After that, there was another hour-long interview with two department chiefs. The final interview was scheduled with team members for the candidates who moved forward.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked some basic questions, nothing too technical. It was more of an open chance to discuss your skills and experience. For a more technical position, it might be different, but generally, the vibe was pretty chill.
