Administrative Assistant
I had a virtual interview over Zoom. I'm really just trying to get this job, so I'll just say it was the usual interview process, nothing too wild to anticipate.
- What makes you want this job?
Development Associate
I had just one interview round, but it was really fair and they asked me about my skills in development and fundraising. The interview was with the HR manager and two folks from the development team.
- Could you tell us about yourself and your experience that is relevant to this role?
Intern
I thought the interview was pretty well laid out. But honestly, the questions felt super rehearsed and they didn’t give us much chance to actually connect with the people interviewing us. It was a bit weird, tbh.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to help resolve a conflict between people at work.
