Associate
This whole interview thing went great, honestly. I felt like I nailed all the questions and really showed what I could do. Made me feel pretty good about getting the job.
- Can you share some examples of your past experiences that demonstrate your suitability for this role?
- What kind of behavioral questions were asked during the interview process?
Recruiter
This was one of the best interview experiences I've had. I initially spoke with Holly Fiorino, the internal recruiter, about TBG and recruiting in general, and she was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Everyone else I interviewed with was also great. They genuinely seemed interested in getting to know me, and the conversations felt natural. Although I ultimately accepted a different role because recruiting felt too demanding for me, I have nothing but positive things to say about the people involved in the interviews.
- What makes you interested in a recruiting role?
Contact Tracer
I was offered the job and given a start date, but then my position was put on hold after being offered a training course. Very disappointing.
