Deli Clerk
The interview process was okay, and I successfully completed it. I had a specific goal but didn't mention it. It was acceptable, better than not doing anything. Changing the pace was necessary, and I had to go for another interview. So, it was okay.
- How are you doing?
Tube Bender
There was a mechanical aptitude test, and then 2 standard interviews. I interviewed with the hiring manager and some different department leads. The whole process can take a while, it took me 60 days from the first interview to get to the final interview.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict and how you handled it?
Field Service Engineer
The interview process follows standard practices. It starts with a phone interview before moving to an in-person stage. The interview will be conducted in a group format, and multiple managers from different departments were present during my interview. Questions were based around mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experiences.
- What are the different types of heat transfer.
Design Engineer
So, in total, there were 3 interviews. The first one was on campus where an HR person and a senior design engineer came to my school. We talked for about an hour. It was mostly technical, but the HR person did throw in some behavioural questions. The second part was on site, and I had two rounds with two different managers. These were also focused on technical problem-solving. Honestly, everyone was super nice and it wasn't scary at all. The technical questions were all pretty much from engineering basics, nothing too tough.
- The interview process included technical questions based on engineering fundamentals.
- Behavioral questions were also part of the interview.
