The interviewers asked good, probing questions but were welcoming and friendly at the same time. The interview was short - maybe 20 minutes. I also asked questions and they were upfront with their answers.

I went through two panel interviews that were each an hour long and happened back-to-back. The first panel had the CEO, COO, and two regional directors. The second panel had three practice managers. I could tell from their questions that they thought I didn't have enough experience. It would have been nice if they were more respectful of my time, especially if they already knew they weren't going to offer me the job.

You'll get an email from an automated system, but make sure to reply to the personal email address given instead of auto-replying. They'll call you to set up an interview. It's a pretty laid-back interview, and the interviewer will likely be friendly and keen to hire you. After some typical questions, you'll get a tour of the clinic and probably meet everyone you encounter.
