The whole thing took about 2 weeks from start to finish. There was one assignment and then three interviews. Gotta say, the recruiter was awesome – super responsive and professional, probably the best I've ever worked with. The first two people I talked to were really nice, super knowledgeable and friendly. But the last interviewer was kind of a miss. They didn't even ask about my past work experience, which felt weird since I have a lot of relevant skills. They seemed like they weren't really into it. Overall, it was a good experience except for that last chat.

It took just under 3 weeks to finish the process. There was a pre-screening, three interviews, and an assignment. The first two interviews went well. The people interviewing me were knowledgeable and nice. The last interview was a bit odd, though. The interviewer didn't ask good questions or ask about my work experience. It seemed like they weren't sure what they wanted. The process was fine until that last interview.

I applied for the Event Manager role at AtlanticLIVE. After sending in my resume, an assistant contacted me to schedule a phone interview and sent over some forms to fill out beforehand. The phone interview itself was pretty basic, with standard questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'why AtlanticLIVE?', and 'why events?'. It wasn't really a chance to ask them questions though. Soon after, I was invited for an in-person interview. First, I met with the Chief of Staff and Executive Director of Operations, where we discussed working for the company and the appeal of this particular job at this time. Then, I had a meeting with two people from the Events team, and we went into more detail about my past experience and background.

The HR contact was great and the interview process felt transparent and good. There weren't any random hoops to jump through, just a couple of tests and then one interview. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a pleasant experience, which isn't always the case for job seekers.
