I was asked to do a mock analysis using a survey. After I presented my findings, they gave me some really good critical feedback. Even though I didn't get the job, I learned a lot about how to present information effectively.

I applied online and heard back pretty quickly for a phone interview. Since I guess that went well, they invited me for an in-person meeting. I didn't realize it'd be a group interview, but it was. Some of their territory managers and consultants from the territory we were interviewing for were there. They asked us a mix of business questions and some funny, off-the-cuff ones. A few of us from the group interview got offers in the following days. The whole process from the first contact was fast, smooth, and straightforward. They were direct and didn't leave us guessing about anything.

First, I had a phone call where they asked some basic questions about me and my background to see if I'd be a good fit. Then, there was an in-person group interview with about twelve other people. We spent the morning learning about the product and practicing the sales pitches. In the afternoon, we had to make sales calls and then I had a one-on-one meeting with a manager. They let us know about offers later on.

It was a jobfair. The manager and I discussed the companys' goals and culture. We talked about how my past experience would help them to achieve those goals. It was like a conversation. I gave them my resume and never heard about them anymore.
