They also inquired about my past internship experiences, so be ready to discuss those. It was a pretty standard interview and the interviewers were nice and friendly.

The interview process was really smooth and the interviewers were happy to share more about the company’s vision and trajectory. There were 2 rounds of interviews in total. The first round was with HR, and then you’ll have your next interview with the hiring manager. All the interviews were done via Zoom, which was super convenient for everyone.

The HR person wasn't prepared, and the room wasn't ready. They started asking personal questions while the interviewer was there, verifying my info. One interviewer, Ms. J, was late. The other, Mr. E, who was on time, was more interested in his phone. Midway through my answers, E kept showing J his phone, which felt really disrespectful. I left the interview professionally, thanked them for their time, and withdrew my application. This felt like a major red flag!
